- Damaged on arrival: If your poster arrives with the glass or frame broken or damaged, we'll send you a brand-new replacement for free — no extra fees.
- Wrong or defective item: Received the wrong design or a printing defect? We'll replace it free of charge.
- How to claim: Send us a clear photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or Instagram DM, along with your order number.
- Custom / photo posters: Personalized posters can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Since all orders are cash on delivery, replacements are shipped to you at no cost.

- لو وصل مكسور: لو البوستر وصلك والقزاز أو البرواز مكسور أو متضرر، بنبعتلك واحد جديد ببلاش — من غير أي رسوم زيادة.
- منتج غلط أو فيه عيب: استلمت تصميم غلط أو فيه عيب طباعة؟ بنستبدله مجانًا.
- إزاي تطلب الاستبدال: ابعتلنا صورة واضحة للضرر خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الاستلام على الواتساب أو الانستجرام، ومعاها رقم الأوردر.
- البوسترات المخصصة / بصورتك: مش ممكن ترجّعها إلا لو وصلت متضررة أو فيها عيب.
وبما إن كل الأوردرات دفع عند الاستلام، الاستبدال بيتشحن لك من غير أي تكلفة.
